First in a series of posts on How to Be a Badass.
So I was thinking about the definition of Badass. I Googled it.
Most definitions sucked.
Most definitions of “Badass”… were not… Badass.
Which was disappointing, but should have been expected.
I searched for a while. At least 7 minutes or something ridiculous like that.
Finally I found a cool definition:
“Badass: formidable in power or skill”
Is your own definition different from that? Similar?
Post a comment below, let me know.
I’ve seen the list of content & bonuses, I’ve got inside sneak-peak access to the online component.
It looks like about 100 hours of of solid, best-of-class video training… pretty Badass.
I was going to prepare a bonus offer for you yesterday, but my eyes were hurting too badly from being on the computer too long.
I was thinking of — for the bonus — some additional software & training — plus a Custom SEO review of 1 of your websites.
If that appeals to you, let me know.
If I just totally run out of time, I’ll probably see if I can at least linked to some other people’s bonuses say you can get the best deal.
I intend to build a passive cash flow using information products this year… so I will probably buy this product.
Knowing Eben, it will easily be worth 5-10X the purchase price.
I am recommending this to 2 good friends who are trying to launch their information product businesses (ebooks, video training, coaching).

5 reasons you should write an ebook.
- Turn what you know into dough
Easy, automated distribution works for you 24 hours/day, 7 days/week (even holidays) to generate PASSIVE CASH FLOW. It’s nice to check your bank account and see new money added, while you were doing other things (like sipping margaritas at the beach!).
- Instant credibility
Recently, a guy was on the news because he had authored an ebook on the topic they were discussing. You are already an expert on something, now let the world know by becoming a PUBLISHED WRITER.
- Inexpensive to create + low cost distribution = HUGE MARGINS.
Almost 100% of net revenue (net of commissions, discounts, returns) falls the bottom line.
- Remove barriers of traditional publishing, & CONNECT directly to your market/audience.
No idiot (or savant) editors or business gatekeepers to c—block your brilliant words and ideas. They can’t even protect the world from your not-so-brilliant words and ideas! No longer will they choke off the financial fuel you need to fulfill your WILDEST DREAMS.
The first four above are pretty selfish: fattening your wallet or reputation. I almost hesitate to put an unselfish reason in here… but here goes nothing:
- It’s a great way to make a large (or small) impact on the world.
I know I said “5 reasons”, but damn it, I just can’t help overdelivering:
- An ebook is a great beginning to an info product empire, a great launching point to charge fast and furious into a wide open niche (like a crazed bull rider into a china shop) and kick the living crap out of your so-called “competitors”.
My own teacher, Eben Pagan, is about to launch his guru home study course, this month, May 2009. I got early warning from someone deep inside his 80-man/woman organization.
During his launches he always gives away MASSIVE value for FREE.
If you are at all interested in writing an ebook for fun, profit or world domination, e-mail me (jason at stopfakes.com) to receive updates on Eben Pagan’s upcoming launch.
He will teach you not only formulas for creating the content & the technical layout, file structure, etc. for writing your own ebook… but also how to market it by starting conversations to connect with many customers at once, building trust & activating psychological sales triggers on a mass-scale… and how to position yourself as THE GURU — the recognized expert — in your field, the one that consumers and the media will look to for advice.
From your humble beginning with your ebook in hand (online?), Eben Pagan will show you how to build an information product catalog, including how to have your customers fund and contribute content to new product development.
These are the categories I have decided to break my Blog up into.
Health & Fitness– I am currently eating healthier than i ever have before, trying to make exercise a fact in my life & studying longevity informally, but with my friend Dr. Paul Winner (one of the top neurologists in the world) as my guide.
Marketing Class– I fell in love with marketing about Nov 2007, when I got badass results while applying SEO techniques to my antitheft website. About the same time, I made one of the best decisions of my life and purchased Eben Pagan’s Get Altitude Home Study course.
Relationships –Family, social & romantic relationships are incredibly important to the human species. But being successful in them is not taught formally in school. YET.
